K: How many came to our class reunion the other day?
Y: About twenty people. It was a lot of fun to be able to see one another again after so many
years.
Y: Why didn't you come?
K: I was so busy , I just conldn't.
Y: Everybody was sorry you weren't there.
K: I was sorry too. I had been looking forward, but I couldn't. How was the hotel?
Y: The food wasn't particulary good, the place was quiet and nice. They have a pretty garden, too.
It was a beautiful day, so we all walked around the garden.
K: When was the party over?
Y: About four o'clock. Then five or six of us went to Shimbashi, had some tea and went home.
K: Is the hotel near Shimbashi?
Y: Yes, it is about ten minutes by bus.
K: Which but is it?
Y: It's the one that passes in front of the Diet building.
K: Oh, that one?
